InternFlexGen is an innovative software and services provider in the global energy storage sector. They are seeking a Project Management Intern to support the planning and execution of energy storage projects while gaining exposure to project workflows and stakeholder coordination.

Responsibilities
Assist in developing project plans, schedules, and budgets under the guidance of the Project Management team
Support project tracking and reporting, ensuring project deliverables align with timelines and objectives
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, operations, and business development, to ensure project milestones are achieved
Prepare meeting agendas, take detailed notes, and follow up on action items from project meetings
Conduct research to support project planning and decision-making processes
Help identify and mitigate risks to ensure successful project execution
Contribute to the improvement of project management processes and tools
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
Strong interest in renewable energy, energy storage, and project management
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is required
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment
Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving
