Responsibilities
Lead day-to-day EDI operations, directing internal resources and external vendors
Serve as the primary point of contact for EDI support, including incidents, enhancements, upgrades, and migrations
Monitor system performance, troubleshoot complex issues, and maintain system integrity
Own EDI technical standards, data validation, and ERP integration to ensure accuracy and compliance
Partner with Operations, Finance, Sales, and related teams to translate business needs into EDI requirements and solutions
Lead change management efforts related to EDI enhancements, upgrades, and process improvements
Analyze business processes, identify inefficiencies, and implement workflow and configuration improvements
Develop and execute test plans; lead system upgrades, conversions, and enhancements
Manage multiple concurrent initiatives, including scope, priorities, timelines, and documentation
Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, from operational teams to executive leadership
Set performance goals, remain accountable for results, and comply with company policies and procedures
Qualification
Required
3–5 years of experience supporting ERP and EDI environments
Strong hands-on experience with EDI setup, mapping, and testing coordination
Experience leading projects and coordinating internal teams and third-party partners
Strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-directed
Ability to adapt in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment
Preferred
