Responsibilities
Drive new business development by building relationships with hiring managers across the Life Sciences industry
Leverage existing industry connections and create new partnerships to generate search opportunities
Source, interview, and qualify candidates for client openings
Consistently make outbound calls, emails, and outreach to both prospects and candidates
Manage the full recruitment cycle: from business development and intake calls to offer negotiation and placement
Meet and exceed weekly business development and recruiting activity targets
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of both clients and candidates
Qualification
Required
A hungry, results-oriented professional motivated by sales, networking, and business growth
Strong history of success in sales, recruiting, or another competitive environment
Natural ability to build relationships and engage with executives at all levels
Entrepreneurial mindset-comfortable going after new opportunities and building from scratch
