Exceptional program management fundamentals (planning, intake, execution, reporting)
Executive presence — must be comfortable presenting to and working with senior leaders and high-visibility stakeholders
Jira expertise is critical:
Jira Cloud (not Data Center)
Atlassian suite experience is a big plus
Experience working on or adjacent to AI-related projects:
Familiarity with AI tools (e.g., Claude) is helpful
More important: knowing how to start AI conversations, ask smart questions, and guide exploration
Production experience is a nice-to-have, but not required
A PM who is comfortable with little to no direction and can independently define:
The right questions to ask
Who the right stakeholders are
How to document, track, and communicate progress
Proven experience managing multiple cross-functional and cross-collaborative teams
Ability to handle nebulous problems, create structure, and drive alignment
Strong product and platform PM experience (preferred over digital or infrastructure-heavy backgrounds)
