Responsibilities
Resolve escalated support issues across Windows, macOS, Office 365, and networking
Administer and maintain Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS/DHCP
Manage Microsoft 365, Azure, SharePoint, and related cloud services
Configure and support firewalls, switches, VPNs, and network security
Implement and maintain security best practices, including MFA, conditional access, endpoint protection, and security monitoring
Assist with security audits, vulnerability remediation, and compliance-related tasks
Oversee patching, backups, monitoring, and automation through RMM tools
Create and maintain documentation, SOPs, and technical standards
Participate in infrastructure projects such as migrations, upgrades, and deployments
Qualification
Required
3+ years of IT support experience, including 3+ years in system or network administration
Strong understanding of Windows Server, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365
Working knowledge of networking fundamentals (firewalls, VLANs, VPNs)
Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and communicate clearly with clients
Preferred
MSP or multi‑client environment experience strongly preferred
Relevant certifications (CompTIA Network+/Security+, Microsoft, Cisco) are a plus
