Responsibilities
Maintain customer relationships
Recognize and create opportunities to renew customer agreements
Provide excellent customer service via phone calls regarding expired agreements
Assist in resolving issues to facilitate renewal and prompt payment
Schedule voluntary turn-ins of merchandise
Pickup product and do door hangers
Qualification
Required
Experience as sales agent, rental agent, account executive, account manager, account collection, or rent-to-own
Valid driver's license with a clean driving history
Can pass a drug screen and background check
Professional communication skills in English (bilingual is a plus!)
Strong computer and phone skills
