Client Service Associate – Series 7 Licensed

They are seeking a Client Service Associate – Series 7 Licensed to support complaint resolution operations within a financial services environment, focusing on managing and resolving client complaints while ensuring compliance and high-quality communication.
Responsibilities
Review, research, and resolve client complaints related to service, operations, and account activity
Work with internal teams and clients to gather information and drive resolution
Communicate resolutions clearly, primarily in writing, with occasional verbal follow-ups
Manage a queue of approximately 50 cases, prioritizing by risk and aging
Close an average of 8–10 cases per week while maintaining a 95%+ quality rating
Perform accurate data entry and documentation across multiple systems
Meet strict SLAs and compliance standards
Qualification
Required
Active FINRA Series 7 license (or active within the last 18 months)
Minimum 6 months of retail brokerage experience
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, data import/export)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Strong organizational and teamwork skills
