Provide L2/L3 production application support for critical systems
Perform incident investigation, root cause analysis (RCA), and resolution
Monitor and troubleshoot batch jobs and production failures
Analyze application issues using logs, metrics, and APM tools
Create and use scripts for troubleshooting, automation, and health checks
Work with cross-functional teams to resolve production issues
Ensure stability, reliability, and availability of applications
Follow ITIL processes for incident, problem, and change management
Communicate clearly with stakeholders regarding issues and resolutions
