Responsibilities
Lead and support cross-functional projects from initiation through delivery by developing project plans, tracking milestones, and ensuring a quality, timely, and in budget execution while identifying and actively removing barriers to successful project outcomes
Document, analyze and improve, and drive adoption of business processes
Build strong relationships with business leaders across corporate functions and translate business needs into functional specifications while managing stakeholder support needs and escalations, ensuring timely resolution and clear communication
Partner with Corporate functions to understand their systems and processes and provide insights and/or recommendations for system needs
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field
5+ years of experience in business analysis, project management, or IT consulting
Experience managing stakeholders and driving cross-functional collaboration
Experience with one or more ERP systems (SAP ECC, Oracle R12 or JDE), ServiceNow (or similar), and Microsoft Office Suite
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and presentation abilities
Adaptable and collaborative mindset
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
