Operations Financial Analyst

Responsibilities

Own Inventory analytics in support of improving reporting & visibility, reducing loss and enhancing KPIs performance. Support plant and warehouse inventory cycle counts and wall to wall activities
Support the Annual Budget and Quarterly Forecasting preparation & month variance analysis for the plant operations team
Develop, maintain, interpret and execute reports critical to running the business
Maintain key reporting analytics such as, but not limited to: Overtime Analysis, Headcount Analysis, PPV, production and Loss Reporting
Support Adhoc manufacturing and warehouse costing analytics
Work cross functionally with Engineering to own ROI analytics for Capital projects
Answer Accounting and financial questions by researching and interpreting data
Lead key projects for the finance and accounting team to drive both efficiency and accuracy of results and reporting
Support and enhance cost-saving program across sites and business areas
CNY travel to support various manufacturing and operating sites
Own costing time study analysis used to generate account cost stands by meticulously tracking labor hours required to perform certain deliverables

Required

Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting required
Minimum of 2 years of accounting experience
Thorough knowledge of general ledger accounting, account reconciliation, and financial statement work
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, advanced skills/knowledge of Excel
Experience with accounting and finance within an ERP environment is required, Oracle is preferred

Preferred

Accounting / Finance experience within a manufacturing environment is preferred
