Responsibilities
Process vendor invoices and customer billings
Perform 3‑way matching (PO, GRN, invoice)
Manage vendor aging and payment preparation
Assist with AR tracking and collections
Code labor, material, and subcontractor costs to jobs
Assist with AIA G702/G703 billing preparation
Enter and track vendor pay applications
Collect W‑9s and assist with 1099 preparation
Record inventory transactions and adjustments
Assist with cycle counts and reconciliations
Support freight allocation and cost tracking
Reconcile POS systems (Shopify, Square, Lightspeed)
Reconcile e‑commerce payouts (Amazon, Wayfair, Shopify)
Track discounts, returns, and chargebacks
Perform bank and credit card reconciliations
Maintain organized accounting records and schedules
Support month-end close activities
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience)
0–3 years of accounting or bookkeeping experience
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Preferred
Experience with accounting systems and POS platforms a plus
