Responsibilities
Manage all network devises
Monitoring troubleshoot as per SOP for all transmission slowdowns and congestion, malfunctions, and abnormalities; and escalate if needed for any changes in tuning adjustments
Configure, validate, and manage Aruba NAC or equivalent tools to remotely detect and troubleshoot WLAN interference in customer supported locations
Support WLAN controllers
Support New VLAN, VLAN trunking and resolve any issues
Manage issues with stores that pertain to network devices
Support internet circuit issues by collaborating with vendors
Engage Aruba support for SDWAN environmental issues
Configuration and Administration of Access point
Troubleshooting of AP issue
Citrix ADC logging, Monitoring with SNMP and Troubleshooting
Vendor Coordination for fault troubleshooting and RMA co-ordination
Configuration management backup & restoration & implementing approved changes
Network troubleshooting Port Errors, Duplex, Vlan, Link status etc
DHCP Reservation, DNS record creation
Qualification
Required
10+ Years of experience
Cisco Routing and Switching
Wireless – Aruba, Firewall – Palo Alto
SDWAN & Cloud – GCP
Manage all network devices
