Responsibilities
Research, develop, and launch next-generation CMOS image sensor technologies
Research and develop color image processing or computer vision algorithms
Research and develop image and video quality assessment algorithms
Performing characterization, analysis, modeling, and simulation of imaging systems
Optimize existing image processing and computer vision algorithms to meet internal and external customer’s requirements
Assist hardware design team with algorithm implementation and validation
Image quality tuning and measure
Algorithm and lab experiment process documentation
Qualification
Required
Research, develop, and launch next-generation CMOS image sensor technologies
Research and develop color image processing or computer vision algorithms
Research and develop image and video quality assessment algorithms
Performing characterization, analysis, modeling, and simulation of imaging systems
Optimize existing image processing and computer vision algorithms to meet internal and external customer's requirements
Assist hardware design team with algorithm implementation and validation
Image quality tuning and measure
Algorithm and lab experiment process documentation
Preferred
MS or PhD in image processing, color science, electrical engineering, optical engineering, computer engineering or related fields or equivalent combination of education and experience
Strong background in imaging, image processing, and neuromorphic sensing
Fluent MATLAB/Python/C/C++ skills for data collection, analysis, and digital image processing
Hands-on experience with event-based vision algorithms is a big plus
Hands-on experience with image quality measurements and testing automation is preferred
Deep understanding image quality metrics and evaluation methodologies and industry standards
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and solid teamwork skills
