Responsibilities
Supporting the development of and transition to electronic HR management systems
Identify gaps in HR processes and help develop standard work instructions
Work with the HR & Leadership team to strengthen the succession planning and action process
Consult on employee relations issues
Policy Audit and Employee Handbook creation
Workforce Analysis: Analyze workplace demographics and turnover; present findings and recommendations to HR and Leadership
Create HR KPI Dashboard of Key Metrics to enable data-driven decision making
Work with leadership as a business partner to maintain a strong collaborative environment
Qualification
Required
Actively pursuing a bachelor's (upcoming sophomores, juniors & seniors) or master's degree in human resources from an accredited university
Proven strong academic performer with a minimum GPA of 3.0
Strong Microsoft Office knowledge
Customer Service Oriented
Must possess unrestricted work authorization and not require future sponsorship
