Supporting Brokerage Activities: Assist brokers in leasing, acquisition, and disposition processes for healthcare real estate properties. This may involve market research, property analysis, and coordination of property tours
Transaction Management: Collaborate with transaction managers to ensure smooth and efficient real estate transactions. Responsibilities include organizing and maintaining transaction documents, tracking timelines, and communicating with stakeholders
Data Analysis and Research: Conduct market research and analysis to provide insights into healthcare real estate trends, market conditions, and competitor activities, aiding strategic decision-making
Documentation and Record Keeping: Assist in preparing and maintaining real estate documents, contracts, and other essential paperwork related to transactions, ensuring accuracy and organization
Project Support: Contribute to project management activities, supporting the team in overseeing and coordinating real estate projects for healthcare clients
