Responsibilities
Lead full project lifecycle execution for large-scale data center electrical construction projects
Build, manage, and develop strong project teams to ensure high-quality execution and on-time delivery
Drive division profitability through disciplined project execution, forecasting, and cost control
Develop and manage project schedules, procurement plans, manpower planning, and capacity forecasting
Oversee contract administration, scope management, and change order negotiation
Evaluate and continuously improve project execution processes and operational systems
Manage, mentor, and develop direct and indirect reports, overseeing teams of approximately 10+ personnel
Review project contracts, engineering designs, scopes of work, and execution methodologies
Ensure project schedules, milestones, and delivery commitments are consistently met
Maintain direct communication with clients to align expectations and ensure satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle
Provide oversight of subcontractors and third-party construction firms
Lead project review meetings with a focus on financial forecasting, cost controls, and risk mitigation
Proactively communicate challenges, risks, opportunities, and performance updates to leadership
Oversee project billing, invoicing, cost tracking, and change management
Maintain strict adherence to safety, quality, and compliance standards
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 5+ years of electrical project management experience in commercial, industrial, or mission-critical construction
Proven success managing large-scale electrical construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
Strong background in scheduling, estimating, procurement, change orders, and contract administration
Demonstrated ability to lead profitable projects and deliver consistent financial performance
Field experience coordinating with construction teams and subcontractors
Preferred
Direct data center project experience strongly preferred
Degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field strongly preferred
Journeyman or Master Electrician license is a plus
