Senior Institutional Sales Manager (Crypto Markets)

Inner Circle Agency is partnering with a globally scaled crypto trading platform to hire a Senior Institutional Sales Manager. This role is focused on expanding institutional adoption and building long-term relationships with sophisticated investors across traditional finance and crypto-native markets.

Responsibilities

Source, engage, and onboard institutional clients including hedge funds, asset managers, family offices, proprietary trading firms, and professional HNW investors
Build and maintain a high-quality global pipeline of institutional prospects
Act as the primary point of contact for priority institutional accounts
Develop long-term relationships with senior decision-makers
Provide tailored market insights, product updates, and strategic support
Own the end-to-end onboarding process including due diligence, KYC/AML, account setup, and post-launch support
Partner with internal teams to ensure a smooth and compliant onboarding experience
Negotiate and close complex institutional agreements
Represent the platform at industry events, conferences, and networking forums
Track market trends, regulatory developments, and competitive activity
Share client feedback to influence institutional product development
Deliver against institutional sales and growth targets
Drive meaningful trading volume and long-term wallet share

Required

3+ years of experience in institutional sales, business development, or relationship management within crypto, capital markets, prime brokerage, or institutional trading environments
Strong understanding of crypto markets, derivatives, and institutional trading workflows
Demonstrated success managing senior institutional relationships and closing revenue
Ability to operate autonomously in a fast-paced, global, remote setting
Familiarity with compliance and regulatory requirements for institutional onboarding

Preferred

Experience with OTC desks, derivatives, or structured products
Exposure to API, quant, or algorithmic trading environments
Existing relationships with crypto-native funds, trading firms, or family offices
Multilingual capabilities for global business development (Mandarin is a strong asset)
