Responsibilities
Drive strategic projects and foster collaboration across departments to achieve organizational goals. Enhance processes, drive change management, and improve business cadence through strategic partnerships
Develop clear, concise, and compelling communications for business stakeholders
Leverage GBAI's data sources to identify new opportunities and translate them into actionable recommendations
Identify opportunities, create models, and deliver actionable recommendations for business optimization
Build and support internal systems and dashboards to empower stakeholders and improve decision-making
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
4 years of experience in management consulting, sales operations, business strategy, investment banking, venture capital, private equity, or corporate advisory, or 2 years of experience with an advanced degree
Experience extracting and manipulating data with SQL
Preferred
Experience using SQL or other programming/scripting languages (e.g., R, Python, etc.) to extract and manipulate data or exposure to statistical analysis (e.g., A/B testing)
Experience planning and managing at both the strategic and operational level, with the ability to lead complex operational and strategic initiatives
Experience in a complex, globally-scaled product, sales, and engineering environment, with knowledge of sales technologies, products, and market landscapes
Excellent communication skills with ability to translate complex issues into simpler terms
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, impeccable business judgment, and ability to move from detail to executive level strategy and presentations
