Create innovative packaging concepts & product graphics from ideation to execution
Develop detailed and innovative dyelines for packaging composition
Ensure smooth and accurate process through production
Work with vendors on design specifications
Problem solve and create efficiency for any production challenges
Expert knowledge in print materials and techniques for optimal execution
Keep abreast with industry trends, emerging innovations and compliance to push design
Qualification
Required
Experience with a design team or agency
Experience as a Packaging Designer, with a strong portfolio or work examples
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
Solid understanding of packaging design, printing, materials, and structure
Knowledge of printing materials and techniques, including sustainability efforts
Impeccable branding and logo design skills
Expert hand skills and an able to create mockup packaging for client presentation
Detail-oriented and ability to work in a fast-paced everchanging environment
Retouching capabilities for packaging assets as needed
Able to manage multi-task, have a sense of urgency and communicate concisely
Effective verbal and written communication skills to liaise with vendors and internal teams
