Responsibilities

Partner with the Program Manager to establish schedule and cost baselines
Maintain and status program schedules in Microsoft Project
Track program performance monthly and update EACs
Review and approve procurement requests in accordance with program needs
Review labor reports and provide guidance to program teams
Create and maintain the program risk register with the Program Manager
Support implementation of mitigation plans when program risks require action
Review and monitor financial obligations and ensure accuracy across program records
Present financial, schedule, and performance updates during monthly program reviews
Ensure compliance with company policies, processes, and program control standards

Qualification

Required

Experience in program financial operations, project accounting, or program controls
Proficiency in project scheduling tools (e.g., MS Project) and financial management systems
Working knowledge of Earned Value Management (EVM) and cost/schedule performance reporting
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including finance, engineering, and program management
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail

Preferred

Advanced degree in Business, Finance, or related field
Experience with ERP systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP) and project management tools
Knowledge of government contracting, DoD programs, FAR, or CAS standards
Experience managing program risks, opportunities, and cost/schedule changes
