They are seeking a Business Development Executive to increase visibility and drive sales of key Pladis brands within assigned territories by building relationships with retailers and actively selling products.

Responsibilities
Increase visibility of key Pladis brands
Represent a wide range of Pladis brands in store
Drive sales by working to increase distribution and actively selling into key contacts within your assigned territory
Visit designated cash and carry regularly to purchase stock and sell into your retailers within your call file
Qualification
Required
Experience of working within a field based sales role within a convenience, independents or impulse environment
Self-motivated and thrive working within a KPI driven environment
Confident and comfortable building relationships in store with key contacts
Great communication skills
High levels of resilience and energy are essential
Full UK manual driving licence (with no more than 6 pts or previous bans)
Comfortable driving distance
Manual handling/heavy lifting capability
Preferred
Previous experience working within a customer centred role
Passionate about Pladis' products and sustainability
