Soni is seeking a Senior AI/ML Architect to join the Practice Engineering team within the Innovation organization. This role is critical to advancing the digital practice of law by designing and delivering enterprise-scale artificial intelligence and machine learning solutions across Azure, AWS, and emerging cloud and hybrid platforms.

Responsibilities

Design and implement end-to-end AI/ML architectures across Azure, AWS, and other cloud or hybrid platforms to support enterprise-scale solutions
Partner with engineering and business teams to translate functional and technical requirements into scalable AI/ML solutions
Define, establish, and enforce architecture standards, governance frameworks, and best practices for AI/ML implementations
Optimize performance, scalability, and cost efficiency of cloud-based AI/ML workloads
Integrate AI/ML solutions with enterprise data platforms, including data lakes, data warehouses, and APIs
Ensure all solutions adhere to security, compliance, and data privacy standards
Stay current with industry trends and innovations in AI, ML, and cloud-native architectures
Evaluate, recommend, and guide adoption of cloud services, tools, and frameworks, including emerging AI technologies
Perform additional duties as assigned or required

Required

7+ years of directly applicable experience in AI/ML architecture or related advanced technical roles
Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills applied to complex architectural challenges
Hands-on experience architecting AI/ML solutions on Azure and/or AWS
Experience integrating AI/ML workloads with enterprise data sources such as data lakes, data warehouses, APIs, or streaming platforms
Solid understanding of cloud security, governance, and data privacy standards
Proficiency with enterprise productivity tools and collaboration platforms
Ability to work extended and/or weekend hours when required
Ability to travel as needed

Preferred

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related discipline
