Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and addressing inquiries professionally
Schedule service appointments
Effectively use the ServiceTitan software platform
Provide timely support to clients
Collaborate with the team to improve processes and maintain efficient communication between clients and the service team
Qualification
Required
Strong Customer Service, Customer Satisfaction, and Customer Support skills, with a focus on addressing client needs effectively and professionally
Excellent Interpersonal Skills to build relationships with clients and teammates
Proficiency in Computer Literacy, including the use of ServiceTitan software and other relevant tools
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is highly desirable
Preferred
Knowledge of plumbing services or a related trade industry is a plus
