Responsibilities
Participants gain experience greater than junior associates at Am Law 100 firms, including attending client meetings and assisting senior attorneys in addressing client needs
Our flexible program provides opportunities to learn first-hand about corporate and securities law, including, but not limited, initial public offerings, secondary offerings, SPACs Direct Listing, uplistings to national securities exchanges, at-the-market offerings, confidentially marketed public offerings, mergers and acquisitions, secured and unsecured lending transactions, private placements and general corporate law
Participants have the opportunity to work on a variety of sophisticated and complex deals in a dynamic team setting
Substantive work assignments, thoughtful mentoring, and comprehensive training programs help Participants develop a realistic sense of Lucosky Brookman's people and practices
Participants receive formal evaluations and reviews, and our attorneys provide informal feedback through everyday work experiences
To ensure personalized attention and support, Participants are paired with mentors
Qualification
Required
Candidates must possess or be on track to earn a JD from an accredited law school prior to beginning the program
Current law students must register to take the July bar in their respective jurisdictions
Successful candidates will have excellent analytical and organizational skills

Successful candidates will be prepared to work on multiple tasks over the course of the program
