Responsibilities
Manage full-cycle recruiting for federal roles, from intake through offer and onboarding
Source candidates with experience in federal, government contracting, or cleared environments
Screen and assess candidates for technical qualifications, federal compliance, and clearance eligibility
Partner with hiring managers and delivery teams to understand contract requirements and workforce needs
Ensure recruiting processes comply with federal regulations, contract terms, and internal standards
Maintain accurate documentation and tracking within applicant tracking systems (ATS)
Build and maintain pipelines of cleared and clearance-eligible candidates
Support audits, reporting, and compliance reviews related to federal hiring
Meet or exceed hiring timelines, quality metrics, and service-level agreements
Qualification
Required
3+ years of recruiting experience, with demonstrated support of federal or government contracts
Strong knowledge of federal hiring processes, compliance requirements, and clearance types
Proficiency with ATS platforms and candidate tracking/reporting
Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment
High attention to detail and commitment to compliance and process integrity
Preferred
Experience recruiting for cleared, clearance-eligible, or regulated roles preferred
