Cabinetry Division Coordinator
CCS Building Group designs, builds, and manages environments where clients and communities prosper. They are seeking a Cabinetry Division Coordinator to design kitchen plans, manage cabinetry orders, and collaborate with project teams to ensure successful project execution.
Responsibilities
Possess detailed knowledge of various cabinet manufacturer lines and product offerings including cultured marble tops, plastic laminate tops, and cabinet hardware
Use manufacturer software or databases to accurately place and manage orders
Prepare detailed drawings and cost quotes for project teams to present to clients
Apply kitchen design fundamentals, including layout planning, appliance placement, and considerations for plumbing, electrical, and ventilation systems
Work under the direction of the Renovations Manager or Project Manager to align designs with project goals
Coordinate the delivery and installation schedules with the Renovations Manager or Project Manager
Review and process cabinetry division invoices in coordination with vendors and internal teams
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 3 years of cabinetry design experience
Proficiency in design software such as 2020 Kitchen Design, ProKitchen, or Sketch Up, with a willingness to learn new tools as industry trends evolve
Experience with placing and managing orders within manufacturer software or databases
Demonstrated success in design, construction, leadership, and sales
Strong communication and organizational skills
Experience managing orders and accounts with cabinetry manufacturers
Outgoing and motivating personality
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
Preferred
A college degree in preferred but not required
