Responsibilities
The Customer Service Representative (CSR) will be the first line of contact for CalOptima Health’s members and providers
Program Support Participates in a mission-driven culture of high-quality performance, with a member focus on customer service, consistency, dignity and accountability
Assists the team in carrying out department responsibilities and collaborates with others to support short and long-term goals/priorities for the department
Qualification
Required
High School diploma or GED
STRONG preference for bilingual candidates (any language)
6 months of TRUE call center experience required
1 year of healthcare experience
Ability to multitask
Preferred
MCO experience
