This role will oversee the entire program delivery, ensuring coordination across various teams and managing dependencies throughout the migration lifecycle.

Responsibilities
Lead the full lifecycle of the mainframe rehosting program (planning through cutover and stabilization)
Build and maintain integrated program plans, milestones, and dependency maps
Partner with internal IT teams and third-party hosting providers to drive delivery
Own RAID logs, risk mitigation strategies, and escalation paths
Provide regular executive updates on timeline, budget, and delivery health
Ensure alignment across infrastructure, application teams, security, and operations
Manage vendor performance and delivery expectations
Drive cross-functional collaboration and accountability
Qualification
Required
8+ years of program management experience in large enterprise environments
Prior experience with mainframe modernization or infrastructure transformation projects
Strong organizational and leadership skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
Preferred
PMP or similar certification
Experience supporting retail or multi-brand enterprise environments strongly preferred
