Responsibilities
Gather, organize, and analyze financial data from various sources to identify trends, variances, and key performance indicators (KPIs)
Build and maintain business models for budgeting, forecasting, and scenario analysis
Develop financial forecasts and projections to support strategic and long-term planning
Track and analyze the company's financial performance and cost management
Provide data-driven recommendations and business insights to management to help guide decisions and improve financial performance
Design and develop comprehensive reports and dashboards to stakeholders and senior management
Automate and enhance repeatable tasks using programming and analytics tools
Owns the business analysis that helps to run the business
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in business, Operations, Finance, or related field
Programming tools: Python, SQL, R
Data/Analytics: Power BI, Salesforce, Tableau, Excel
Strong analytical acumen helping to understand trends and key data points that will help leadership run the business
Proven track record of successful program leadership in complex environments
Strong ability to design and execute business strategies and financial oversight
Excellent communication skills with experience in crafting executive content and managing internal and external messaging
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and drive organizational alignment
Demonstrated expertise in managing resources, developing performance standards, and leading business development initiatives
