Building LLM-driven pipelines to extract insight from complex documents
Developing agentic workflows that reason across multiple data sources
Creating predictive models on enriched claims and financial data
Working closely with engineering to ship robust, production-ready models
Partnering with product and client teams on real-world analytics use cases
Qualification
Required
3–5 years in applied data science (or PhD + industry experience)
Strong Python & SQL skills
Practical experience with LLMs, NLP, and unstructured data
Solid grounding in statistics and ML
Comfortable in fast-moving, early-stage environments
