Responsibilities
Designing wireframes, low-to-high fidelity prototypes, and user flows using tools like Figma or Adobe XD
Developing and maintaining responsive front-end components using React, HTML5, and CSS3
Collaborating with product managers and back-end engineers to ensure technical feasibility of designs
Conducting user research and usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on product features
Maintaining a consistent design system across all software platforms to ensure brand and functional alignment
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Computer Science, Graphic Design, or a related field
5-7 years of experience in UX/UI design and front-end development
Strong proficiency in JavaScript (React.js preferred) and modern CSS frameworks (Tailwind or Bootstrap)
Expertise in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or InVision
Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate design decisions to non-technical stakeholders
