Responsibilities
Lead automation strategy and implementation across Oracle Cloud platforms, CPQ, and OTM
Build, maintain, and optimize automated test suites across UI, API, and integrations
Implement automation using tools such as OpKey, Tricentis, and/or ACCELQ
Support quarterly Oracle Fusion updates with risk-based regression coverage
Utilize Taylor project tools such as Jira to manage testing cycles and KPIs
Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines and release workflows
Drive defect management, root-cause analysis, and continuous improvement
Mentor QA engineers and champion quality best practices
Partner with our testing teams including Business Analysts, Business, and offshore testing teams that will play key roles in Taylor’s Oracle testing strategy
Qualification
Required
6+ years in QA, including automation leadership experience
Strong hands-on testing experience with Oracle Fusion
Expertise with one or more automation tools: OpKey, Tricentis, ACCELQ
Experience automating REST/API and end-to-end business workflows
Strong collaboration, communication, and problem-solving skills
Lead automation strategy and implementation across Oracle Cloud platforms, CPQ, and OTM
Build, maintain, and optimize automated test suites across UI, API, and integrations
Implement automation using tools such as OpKey, Tricentis, and/or ACCELQ
Support quarterly Oracle Fusion updates with risk-based regression coverage
