Responsibilities
Collaborate with computational oncology and translational medicine scientists to analyze clinical and biomarker datasets
Develop and apply advanced analytical approaches to integrate multimodal data and test scientific hypotheses
Generate insights into disease biology and mechanisms of action to support clinical research and pipeline decisions
Translate complex analyses into clear, actionable insights for internal stakeholders and scientific publications
Document code, workflows, and analytical results thoroughly
Qualification
Required
3–4 years of experience analyzing large-scale datasets, including bulk RNA-seq, WES, single-cell RNA-seq, ctDNA, and clinical or real-world data
Hands-on experience with advanced analytical techniques such as multivariate statistics, multimodal data integration, and survival analysis (e.g., Kaplan–Meier)
Strong background in cancer biology and clinical omics data (real-world data experience a plus)
Master's or PhD in Computational Biology, Bioinformatics, or a related field
Proficiency in R and shell scripting; Python experience a plus
Experience with Git and high-performance computing environments
Self-directed, detail-oriented, and able to deliver high-quality work with minimal supervision
Strong communication skills and collaborative mindset
