Responsibilities
Deliver end-to-end BPM solutions on the IBM BPM platform
Design and implement advanced business workflows and integrations with enterprise applications Salesforce ServiceNow D365 SAP Oracle and thirdparty SaaS
Develop APIs and connectors for databases file systems and cloud services
Ensure security and compliance through robust protocols TLS OAuth 20 SAML
Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions
Oversee code reviews maintain documentation and enforce coding standards
Drive automation process optimization and continuous improvement
Mentor junior developers and promote a collaborative team culture
Qualification
Required
12 - 15 Years of experience
Expertise in IBM BPM and BPMN 2.0
Strong experience in workflow automation, business rules management, and API development (REST/SOAP, XML, JSON)
Familiarity with DevOps tools (GitHub, Maven, Jenkins, Docker, Postman)
Experience with database and messaging system integration (JMS, MQ) and cloud services
Background in global deployments and enterprise-grade system integration
Exposure to Agile methodologies and monitoring tools
Hands-on experience with insurance domain applications
Deliver end-to-end BPM solutions on the IBM BPM platform
Design and implement advanced business workflows and integrations with enterprise applications (Salesforce, ServiceNow, D365, SAP, Oracle, and third-party SaaS)

Ensure security and compliance through robust protocols (TLS, OAuth 2.0, SAML)

Preferred
Exposure to Java Spring Boot or .NET for custom integrations
