Responsibilities
Senior Decision Systems Engineer to design and implement rules-based and eligibility decision logic for the Decision Engine, ensuring decisions are deterministic, explainable, and compliant
This role focuses on building and maintaining decision logic using rules engines or decision tables (e.g., Drools or equivalent), integrating rules with backend decision services built in Node.js and/or Python, and combining deterministic rules with ML-driven signals to produce final Next Best Action outcomes
The ideal candidate has strong experience translating business and regulatory requirements into versioned, testable decision logic, understands auditability and explainability in regulated environments, and can deliver low-latency, production-ready decision components that scale reliably
Qualification
Required
Strong experience translating business and regulatory requirements into versioned, testable decision logic
Understanding of auditability and explainability in regulated environments
Ability to deliver low-latency, production-ready decision components that scale reliably
Experience with rules engines or decision tables (e.g., Drools or equivalent)
