Responsibilities
Manage technical subjects related to Train design
Monitor system performance (Safety, Reliability, Serviceability, Future Obsolescence)
Manage all technical subjects related to Maintenance
Provide technical inputs to the whole Maintenance Site organization
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
Minimum 2 years' experience in engineering related field - system engineering
Experience in at least one of the following specialized areas within rail, transportation, or related heavy industry: hydraulic systems, pneumatic systems, electronics/electrical hardware, railway door systems, railway signaling systems, railway HVAC, or railway mechanical systems
Familiarity with Life Cycle Cost
Experience working ‘hands on' with railway equipment (ideally in the environment of Rolling Stock warranty and reliability growth)
Knowledge of railway systems
Utilize your skills in strategic system thinking
