Responsibilities

Assist in sourcing and evaluating suppliers to ensure quality, cost-efficiency, and timely delivery of goods and services
Support the procurement team in preparing and issuing purchase orders
Track and monitor order status to ensure timely delivery and resolve any discrepancies
Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and alternative products
Assist in maintaining supplier databases and procurement documentation
Help with supplier performance evaluation and relationship management
Collaborate with various departments to understand procurement needs and ensure smooth processes
Contribute to process improvement initiatives and procurement strategies

Required

Currently pursuing a degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
Strong analytical and organizational skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
High attention to detail and a proactive attitude

Preferred

Familiarity with procurement or ERP systems is a plus
