Industry Solutions Specialist

Responsibilities
Partner with Account Executives and the sales organization to deliver tailored technical demonstrations and solution proposals addressing complex requirements in Industrial Manufacturing organizations including Hi-Tech, Semiconductor, Electronics, Electrical Equipment and Industrial Automation organizations
Support pre-sales activities through competitive positioning, market insights, and subject matter expertise in PLM, manufacturing QMS, operational excellence, and enterprise software architecture
Advise executive-level stakeholders on aligning platform capabilities with key industry standards such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, IATF 16949 (where applicable), IEC standards, IPC standards, and customer-specific quality requirements
Develop and maintain demo databases, scenario-based sales assets, and proof-of-concept environments reflecting real-world electronics manufacturing workflows, including design transfer, supplier quality, production controls, and nonconformance management
Support enterprise-level solution discussions involving multi-site, multi-region manufacturing organizations with complex supplier networks
Design and maintain multi-year strategic adoption roadmaps for Industrial Manufacturing organizations including Hi-Tech, Semiconductor, Electronics, Electrical Equipment and Industrial Automation organizations customers, identifying opportunities to expand platform usage beyond initial deployment
Collaborate with Customer Success, Professional Services, and Implementation teams to recommend new workflows, integrations, and automation opportunities across manufacturing, quality, and supply chain functions
Conduct quarterly and annual business reviews with executive stakeholders, presenting measurable ROI, operational performance trends, and continuous improvement opportunities aligned to manufacturing KPI
Participate in identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks related to enterprise adoption, scalability, and long-term retention within complex manufacturing organizations
Represent the company at Industrial Manufacturing organizations including Hi-Tech, Semiconductor, Electronics, Electrical Equipment and Industrial Automation organizations - focused conferences, trade shows, webinars, and industry forums to enhance market presence and brand credibility
Support in developing thought leadership content including whitepapers, case studies, industry benchmarks, and best-practice frameworks focused on digital quality transformation in manufacturing
Establish and maintain relationships with industry associations, standards bodies, manufacturing consortiums, and market analysts to stay ahead of emerging trends and technology shifts
Provide structured reporting to senior leadership on sales support activities, customer engagement initiatives, and industry advocacy outcomes
Stay current on advancements in manufacturing technology, Industry 4.0, digital quality systems, supply chain resilience, and enterprise SaaS platforms to inform strategic direction
Serve as the primary liaison between Industrial Manufacturing organizations including Hi-Tech, Semiconductor, Electronics, Electrical Equipment and Industrial Automation customers, industry stakeholders, and internal product teams
Gather, analyze, and translate structured customer feedback into actionable product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for development team
Evaluate market research, competitive intelligence, and product usage analytics to identify opportunities for new features, enhancements, and integrations supporting manufacturing execution and quality operations
Collaborate closely with Product Management to ensure manufacturing-specific requirements are incorporated into roadmap planning and delivery cycle
Act as an internal evangelist by educating Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams on manufacturing-focused value propositions, use cases, and differentiators
Ensure all solutions and recommendations align with applicable manufacturing standards, customer quality requirements, and internal quality and security processes
Perform other duties as assigned by management
Maintain compliance with all internal training, quality, and information security requirements
Qualification
Required
Proven ability to bridge enterprise sales, product strategy, and customer success in a SaaS manufacturing environment
Strong understanding of PLM, Manufacturing Quality Management Systems (QMS), operational excellence frameworks, supplier management (SRM/SQM) and industry standards applicable to Electronics and Semiconductor manufacturing
Demonstrated expertise in solution design, competitive analysis, and enterprise-level market positioning
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, capable of engaging technical, operational, and executive audiences
Proven leadership in representing a technology company in high-visibility industry forums and thought leadership initiatives
Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Industrial), Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field
Master's degree in engineering, Business, or related discipline is a plus
Minimum of 10 years of experience in product management, solutions engineering, industry advocacy, or related leadership roles within SaaS or enterprise manufacturing software organizations
