As a Senior Financial Analyst for Power Solutions Group, you will work with leadership to drive strategic and operational forecasting and engage in key initiatives to improve the finance function.

Responsibilities
Lead the monthly forecasting process for a business unit, partnering with department heads to validate assumptions and drive forecast accuracy
Deliver high-quality insights and analysis on forecast trends, budget variances, and business performance to inform executive decision-making
Develop and maintain robust financial models to support scenario planning, strategic initiatives, and long-term planning efforts
Prepare and present management reporting packages, highlighting key financial and operational KPIs
Collaborate with business partners across functions to improve forecasting inputs, reporting tools, and financial visibility
Support budgeting cycles, cost modeling, and identification of cost-saving opportunities
Work effectively with global teams across multiple time zones to ensure aligned financial practices and shared understanding
Prioritize and manage multiple deliverables and deadlines in a fast-paced, evolving environment
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
5+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis, with a strong track record in forecasting, budgeting, and business performance reporting
Advanced Excel skills, including financial modeling, scenario analysis, and complex formulas
Strong analytical and critical thinking capabilities with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to confidently engage stakeholders at all levels of the organization
Detail oriented, organized, and ability to work in a team
Preferred
Experience working with AI tools a plus
