Client Services Associate
Employment & Training Centers, Inc. is a well-established financial services firm specializing in wealth management for institutional and high-net-worth clients. They are seeking a bilingual Client Service Associate to provide comprehensive support to Wealth Managers, ensuring high client satisfaction while managing operational and administrative functions.
Responsibilities
Provide direct support to Wealth Managers in servicing client accounts
Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
Open and maintain client accounts in accordance with firm and regulatory requirements
Execute investment buy and sell orders as directed
Analyze account reports and take appropriate action on behalf of client accounts
Prepare and process client documentation, including account forms and disclosures
Process money movements, including journals and wire transfers
Maintain accurate and organized client files and records
Answer incoming calls and assist with general client service needs
Support additional ad-hoc projects and administrative tasks as needed
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 2 years of experience working directly with clients in a financial services environment
3–5 years of securities industry experience required
Fluency in Spanish required
Strong understanding of financial services operations and client service processes
Proficiency in Microsoft Windows, Word, and Excel
Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail
Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and manage competing deadlines
Demonstrated ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively within a team
Comfortable exercising judgment and making decisions in compliance with corporate and regulatory guidelines
Preferred
Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required
