Asset Management & Development Analyst
Bond Companies is a vertically integrated real estate development, investment, and operating platform headquartered in Los Angeles. They are seeking a full-time Asset Management & Development Analyst to provide direct exposure to acquisitions, development, capital planning, and the ongoing management of operating real estate assets.

Responsibilities
Underwrite multifamily acquisition and development opportunities
Build and maintain financial models and pro formas, including DCF and return analyses
Support operating assets through budgeting, reforecasting, and variance analysis
Assist with capital planning, capex modeling, and return evaluation for improvement initiatives
Conduct market research, rent comps, and competitive and demographic analysis
Prepare investment committee materials, lender presentations, and investor reporting
Support due diligence efforts and coordinate with consultants, lenders, and internal teams
Assist with financial analysis related to construction, repositioning, and capital projects
Qualification
Required
2–3 years of experience in real estate development, acquisitions, asset management, or a related role
Strong financial modeling skills with proficiency in Excel, including DCF, IRR, and sensitivity analysis
Experience supporting operating assets, including budgeting and performance tracking
Familiarity with multifamily real estate, development processes, and capital structures
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple work streams
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
Preferred
Experience with Argus and Microsoft Project is a plus
