Responsibilities
Serve as a Tier 2+ escalation point for IT support, handling more complex Windows, Mac, and SaaS related issues
Oversee device lifecycle management including provisioning, configuration, patching, and decommissioning across Intune and related systems
Maintain and enhance Office 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams, and related administration
Administer and improve identity and access management processes
Monitor system health, performance, and compliance across core IT platforms; identify and implement improvements
Manage shared IT environments such as the company's intranet, documentation repositories, and knowledge base
Support and enhance cybersecurity initiatives including MFA, conditional access, device compliance, and endpoint protection
Assist in investigating, documenting, and remediating security events or vulnerabilities
Help develop and enforce IT security standards, policies, and best practices
Lead or co-lead IT projects such as system migrations, automation initiatives, documentation rollouts, and tool evaluations
Contribute to the continual improvement of IT onboarding and offboarding processes
Identify opportunities to automate repetitive tasks using PowerShell or platform native tools
Partner with cross functional teams to ensure technology supports productivity and business goals
Train employees on new tools, features, security requirements, and best practices
Qualification
Required
Living in the Pacific Time zone or willing to work Pacific hours
2–4 years of experience in technical support or IT operations
Strong knowledge of Office 365 administration including Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, and Intune
Experience supporting both Windows and MacOS environments
Familiarity with modern security practices such as MFA, conditional access, and endpoint security
Strong understanding of cloud-first IT environments
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem solving abilities
Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining a high level of quality and attention to detail
A proactive mindset with a passion for technology, learning, and continuous improvement
Preferred
Experience with Entra ID administration at an intermediate level
Basic scripting experience (PowerShell preferred)
Exposure to automation tools or ITSM platforms
Experience contributing to IT projects or process improvements
