Responsibilities
Develop and execute global financial strategies to support international operations, expansion, and profitability
Oversee international financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis
Manage financial risks related to foreign exchange, international tax structures, and regulatory compliance across multiple jurisdictions
Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in accordance with global accounting standards and local regulations
Lead, mentor, and collaborate with regional finance teams to drive consistency, efficiency, and best practices
Partner with executive leadership to provide financial insights and data driven recommendations for strategic decision-making
Support mergers, acquisitions, and other international business initiatives as required
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field required
Bilingual: English and Spanish
Significant experience in international finance, accounting, and financial leadership roles
Demonstrated experience managing global financial operations and supervising cross border teams
Strong knowledge of ERP systems, international tax regulations, and foreign exchange management
Excellent analytical, communication, and problem solving skills
Proven ability to lead effectively in a multicultural, multinational business environment
