Responsibilities

Monitor daily cash across all bank accounts
Assist with 13 week forecasts
Support execution of all internal fund transfers and payments
Manage short-term investments
Create weekly cash request
Help with opening and maintain bank accounts and signatory records
Maintain relations with banking partners and support documentation requirements
Prepare bank reconciliations
Set up daily/weekly/monthly cash reports, dashboards, liquidity analyses
Participate in month-end close
Track short-term investments, debt instruments and interest expense
Execute electronic payments, fund transfers, FX trades, and manage related documentation
Help monitor internal controls and policies
Aid in audits and ensure accurate recordkeeping of treasury transactions
Contribute to automation and efficiency projects within the treasury operations

Required

Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
2-4 years in Finance, Accounting, or Treasury
Strong Excel skills and analytical abilities
High attention to detail
Ability to communicate at different levels of the organization both verbally and written

Preferred

Familiarity with ERP/TMS systems is a plus
Exposure to corporate banking, cash management, or investment operations
