Building Enforcement Supervisor
California Energy Commission (CEC) is hiring a Building Enforcement Supervisor in their Office of Compliance Assistance and Enforcement (OCAE). The role involves providing technical oversight to a team working on compliance with California’s Building Energy Efficiency Standards and enforcement of relevant codes.
Responsibilities
Provide technical oversight to a multi-disciplinary professional team of subject matter experts working on a variety of technical, analytical, and outreach tasks related to compliance with and enforcement of California’s Building Energy Efficiency Standards, Title 24, Part 6 (Building Energy Code), Title 20, and Building Benchmarking Requirements
Qualification
Required
Experience with energy codes and construction
Technical oversight to a multi-disciplinary professional team of subject matter experts working on a variety of technical, analytical, and outreach tasks related to compliance with and enforcement of California's Building Energy Efficiency Standards, Title 24, Part 6 (Building Energy Code), Title 20, and Building Benchmarking Requirements
