Responsibilities
Assist with planning, coordination, and execution of corporate events, trade shows, and community outreach initiatives
Support grassroots marketing and outreach efforts, including internal and external communications
Help manage social media content, rapid communications, and basic content scheduling
Provide administrative support to the corporate office, including document organization, electronic file storage, shipping/distribution and expense reporting
Assist with marketing materials, presentations, and internal communications as needed
Support day-to-day office operations and special projects across departments
Qualification
Required
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills with a professional, collaborative demeanor
Highly organized with attention to detail, particularly in event coordination and administrative tasks
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively
Working knowledge of social media platforms and digital communication tools
Ability to produce high-quality work with minimal supervision
Light lifting (20-25 pounds), office environment
Preferred
Current enrollment in or recent graduation from a program in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business, or a related field
Interest in corporate marketing, event management, or communications
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with social media management tools is a plus
