Responsibilities
Act as a liaison between Quality Systems and other groups throughout the implementation of ISO 9001-based QMS
Conduct internal audits, prepare audit reports, and issue and close out corrective actions as needed in preparation for ISO 9001 certification
Guide teams through brain-storming sessions for identifying what documentation/content is required
Guide teams/groups in creating required documentation and help with creating documentation, as needed
Receive, review, and document stakeholder requirements for creating workflows that support execution of ISO 9001 QMS
Create to-the-point training content for crisp and consistent messaging with respect to QMS implementation
Qualification
Required
Semiconductor domain is a must
ISO9001 is a must
Internal Audit experience
Receipt and review of stakeholder requirements
Creating training content
Minimum of 5 years of experience with ISO 9001 or any Quality Management System standard
Minimum 3 years of experience in auditing (internal or external) in a semi-conductor design and/or manufacturing environment (if full time) or min 5 years if part time
Must have knowledge on Quality Systems such as Excursion Management, Change Control Management, CAPA, 8D Methodology etc
Have experience working with IT/systems for requirement gathering, workflow testing, issue identification and documentation etc., [1-2 years]
Have experience creating training material [1-2 years]
Experience working with Microsoft Applications [SharePoint, PowerPoint, MS Word, word styles etc. [2-3 years]
Preferred
Auditing in a semi-conductor design environment
