Assist in implementing manufacturing process improvements and efficiency initiatives
Support production floor troubleshooting and problem resolution
Develop and update work instructions and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
Conduct basic time studies, collect data, and analyze processes
Participate in lean and continuous improvement projects
Support the introduction of new products or processes
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
1–3 years of experience in manufacturing or production support
Familiarity with lean manufacturing or continuous improvement principles
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
Strong collaboration skills and ability to work effectively across teams
