Part Time IT Administrative Coordinator

They are seeking a Part Time IT Administrative Coordinator to support employee technology needs, maintain accurate records, and act as a liaison between employees and IT leadership.

Responsibilities
Employee Technology Lifecycle Support
+ Coordinate onboarding technology tasks for new hires, including equipment preparation, account setup requests, & documentation
+ Support employee offboarding by coordinating account deactivation, collecting equipment, and confirming completion of required steps
+ Maintain standardized onboarding and offboarding checklists and ensure all steps are documented
Device & Asset Administration (Including Cell Phones)
+ Order, set up, and manage company cell phones and mobile service plan
+ Maintain accurate inventory of IT assets including laptops, desktops, monitors, peripherals, printers & mobile devices
+ Perform routine maintenance on spare devices (updates, reboots, physical cleanup)
+ Track assignment, return, redeployment, and end-of- life status of devices
+ Coordinate secure disposal or return of retired equipment
Software & License Tracking
+ Maintain records of software licenses and user assignments
+ Assist with adding or removing user access by submitting requests to the MSP or IT Manager
+ Track renewals and notify IT leadership of upcoming needs
MSP & Helpdesk Coordination
+ Serve as an administrative point of contact for helpdesk tickets and escalations
+ Track ticket status, follow up with the MSP, and ensure timely resolution
+ Communicate updates to employees as needed
+ Identify repeat issues and escalate patterns to the IT manager
Administrative & Documentation Support
+ Assist with scheduling IT related training sessions or internal communications
+ Prepare and distribute IT updates or instructions
+ Document meeting notes, decisions, and action items
+ Maintain organized IT documentation, procedures, and asset records
Perform all other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Strong written & verbal skills
Ability to demonstrate ownership & responsibility
Ability to effectively interact at all levels of the organization as well as with external vendors professionally
Excellent organizational & follow-up skills
Preferred
Experience with or exposure to Active Directory, Microsoft O365 and ticketing systems
Bachelor's degree
