Responsibilities
Support and coordinate warehouse activities including receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and shipping
Help ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment while reducing errors and delays
Actively work on the floor to support operational needs during peak periods
Lead and support a team of warehouse associates on the floor
Provide on-the-job coaching, training, and feedback to improve performance
Assist with daily labor allocation and shift execution based on workload
Support inventory accuracy through cycle counts and spot checks
Assist with quality inspections and escalate product or order issues when identified
Ensure team members follow SOPs, safety procedures, and company policies
Promote a culture of safety, cleanliness, and accountability
Communicate shift progress, issues, and exceptions to the Warehouse Supervisor or Manager
Work with cross-functional teams as needed to resolve operational or order-related issues
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience in warehouse, distribution, or 3PL environments
At least 1 year in a team lead, floor lead, or similar role
Solid understanding of warehouse workflows and safety standards
Ability to work flexible shifts and overtime as required
Preferred
Experience with WMS or inventory systems preferred
Bilingual in Mandarin is a plus, but not required
Experience in e-commerce or high-volume fulfillment environments
Comfortable in a fast-paced, hands-on warehouse setting
Positive, reliable leader with strong attention to detail and efficiency
